If you have any questions about your VHIS policies, you are advised to first approach the insurance company concerned for assistance. This would give the insurance company concerned a chance to look into the matter with a view to handling your enquiry/complaint at an early stage.
For any complaints related to Certified Plans against VHIS Providers which cannot be resolved internally by the insurance company concerned, you may seek assistance from VHIS Office by completing our [Complaint Form] and return to us by post, fax or email. The Complaint Form would allow VHIS Office to handle your complaint more promptly and effectively, and avoid any misunderstanding.
For other types of complaints, you may seek assistance through the following channels:
(a) Complaints about insurers, agents or brokers, or issues applicable to insurance products in general, including the conduct of insurance agents and brokers
